Certified Drone Operator
Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and Providing services using the company drones as part of various projects.
- Perform experiments, filed testing, demonstrations, and sales events.
- Training clients in the fields of flying and maintenance up to a level of independent proficiency.
- Field experiments for the improvement of company system, interfacing with production and R&D team, and providing professional feedback.
Requirements:
- Licensed CAAI drone operator up to 25Kg.
- Experience with field activities and drone operation.
- Experience in tutoring or training new operators – an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
- Ability to self-learn in a highly dynamic and ambitious work environment.

Planning and Process Control Manager
Objective of the Role: To manage and lead the development, improvement, control, and measurement of the company’s work processes, and to coordinate the company’s work plans while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Analysis and Characterization of Work Processes:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the company’s existing work processes.
- Identify potential issues and integrate solutions for process improvement.
- Design and define new processes that ensure high effectiveness while institutionalizing and improving existing processes.
- Define work interfaces and ensure the integrity and continuity of processes across the company.
- Write and maintain the company’s procedures manual.
Development of Control Metrics:
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various processes.
- Set criteria for continuous performance evaluation and improvement.
- Establish measurement mechanisms and data processing based on information systems and automated tools.
Implementation and Continuous Improvement:
- Manage the implementation of processes and metrics within the organization.
- Work closely with teams and managers to embed and continuously improve processes.
Reporting and Control:
- Prepare periodic reports, analyses, and statistics based on processes and control metrics.
- Present improvement recommendations to management.
Work Plans:
- Create a structured methodology for preparing an annual work plan and translating it into detailed monthly planning processes.
- Lead the process of tracking and monitoring task and project execution against planning.
- Formulate recommendations for planning and resource allocation.
- Develop and define detailed work plans for different departments and functions within the company.
- Set metrics and checks for assessing project progress and head office tasks.
- Continuously monitor project performance and identify potential issues in a timely manner.
Information Systems:
- Serve as the ERP system trustee in the company, responsible for implementing the processes of establishing and continuously updating the essential data for planning, monitoring, control, and evaluating the effectiveness of the company’s activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An additional engineering degree or a master’s degree is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in process management, quality control, work plan development, or similar fields – mandatory.
- Proven experience working in a complex organizational environment, preferably in industrial or technological companies.
- Experience in team management and leadership, as well as in developing and improving work processes.
- ERP systems: experience working with the PRIORITY system, including implementation, management, and data updating – mandatory.
- Experience in defining and monitoring performance indicators (KPI) and process control – mandatory.
- Process-oriented, systematic, and organized thinking.
- Proven ability to work closely with managers and various teams for process implementation and improvement.
- Strong writing and reporting skills, including the preparation of periodic reports and statistics.
- Ability to deeply analyze data and processes and offer solutions to improve process effectiveness.
- Ability to collaborate with various functions within the organization, and the ability to persuade and lead organizational change.
- Initiative and ability to drive and lead continuous improvements.
